I got in contact with Simonne in mid-April about a month and a half before I moved to NYC. She asked what I was looking for, immediately provided me with tons of options, and responded to my million emails when I bombarded her with questions. I then took a trip to NYC in early May specifically to look at apartments in person. On day 1 Simonne showed me exactly what I was looking for which was 3-bedroom apartments.
