Flatbush

Flatbush features one of Brooklyn's most varied housing stocks, including grand detached Victorians along Ocean Avenue, limestone and brownstone rowhouses, prewar apartment buildings, and brick townhomes within landmarked enclaves like Prospect Park South and Ditmas Park.
