The second bedroom has the same view and light as the LR and it is a nice size. The master bedroom is large with plenty of room for additional closet space if needed and it faces south, so interior and very quiet. I also think you'll like are my high ceilings, skim coated walls and windows in every room including bath and kitchen. Speaking of my bathroom and kitchen, they're original condition but I have new appliances, and solid wood cabinetry. My kitchen can get a new look with some new cabinet's doors or re-facing, new flooring and counter top. My kitchen makeover won't break the bank. I think if you will appreciate my great qualities! Building features include live-in super, storage room, bike room and central laundry. Pets are welcome! There are two temporary monthly assessments of $394 through Oct and $454 through Sept of 2016.
