All the doors were customed, so they are 8? high?and added pocket doors at the bathroom and laundry.


The entire apartment is wired with built in speakers in the ceiling that can be hooked up to a Sonos system?or other compatible system.


The electric wiring was completely redone. Bosch washer / dryer in unit. The apartment has a new radiator in the Master bed and Living room. Also installed, electric baseboard heating in all the rooms for supplemental heat. Insulation was added in the ceiling to cut down noise from the above unit.
