280 Park Avenue #8K, a 1-bedroom in a doorman building, steps from the 6 train, is listed at $1,349,000. The 750-square-foot floor plan runs generous for a 1-bedroom condo. In the same building, #7M last traded at $1,395,000.
#3-A, the most recent 1-bedroom to close here, went for $1,400,000. 21 E 22ND Street #3A, a 1-bedroom co-op, comes to market at $1,475,000. Space is the draw here, at 1,100 square feet.
10 Madison Square #11E, a 3-bedroom in a doorman building, asks $10,000,000. At 2,347 square feet, it is one of the larger 3-bedroom layouts on the market this week. The last 3-bedroom to close in the building, #9A, sold for $4,200,000.
