220 E 65th Street #11-C, a 1,323 sq ft 3-bedroom, is listed at $2,450,000. The ask comes in at the lower end of the 3-bedroom condo range. In the same building, #15-G last traded at $2,210,000.

#7C, the most recent 3-bedroom to close here, went for $1,760,000. 333 E 91st Street #25A, a 3-bedroom in a doorman building, a short walk from the Q train, comes to market at $1,675,000. It is priced well under the neighborhood norm for 3-bedroom condos.
201 E 77th Street #11E, a 1-bedroom, asks $540,000. It is among the more affordable 1-bedroom co-ops to list this week. The last 1-bedroom to close in the building, #18-A, sold for $580,000.
435 E 85th Street #4D, a 400 sq ft studio, is listed at $399,000. It prices under the studio co-op median of $472,000. In the same building, #4F last traded at $465,000.
