KW's own release counts 136,511 U.S.-based agents and 796,658 transaction sides for 2025. I joined Keller Williams NYC in 2016, after 15 years as principal broker at Montilla's 159 Real Estate in Upper Manhattan, and KW's global reach was the deciding factor.

T3 Sixty's ranking rests only on U.S.-based, KW-affiliated agents, so the figures above exclude KW's international network. A franchise ranking says nothing about any single agent, which is why the second column of the grid matters as much as the first.
