The original stone Art Deco lobby has a stone staircase that ascends to the top floor with the original wood hand rail. New mail boxes have been installed in the mail room. The maintenance includes heat and hot water is one of the lowest in the Riverdale area. SORRY NO DOGS are allowed, but CATS are welcome.
